Lovely cafe very conveniently located just off the Strawberry Line. Dogs allowed. Great service, good food and tea or coffee. You can sit inside or out.

We popped in yesterday for lunch whilst in the area for a couple of days. So pleased we did, friendly welcoming service & one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Wonderfully fresh, thick granary bread & proper home carved ham. My husband’s club sandwich looked amazing. Really generous portions, great value for money. We would definitely return.

Well, what can I say? Three words: Home cooked food. We come across this cute, homely cafe on our way through and decided to take a chance as all the other food options in the area seemed to be really expensive and over the top when we just wanted a simple meal to tide us over for the day. Theres a free communal car park just up the road, the restaurant is hidden away on the junction but is fantastic! Such friendly staff, the two ladies are a wonder to this world and probably a rarity nowadays: so lovley and genuinely helpful. The food was clearly home made and tasted great, good portions too!
